This enhancement eliminates manual duplication, reduces errors, and gives partners greater flexibility when managing multiple merchant accounts.
Until now, partners using ConnectWise PSA for service management and WisePay for payment processing had to manually recreate payer records in both systems. This extra step was time-consuming, repetitive, and increased the risk of data inconsistencies.
With Auto Payer Creation, that friction is gone - and partners managing multiple WisePay company accounts gain even more control over where payers are created and how payments are routed.
Automatic Payer Creation
Assign the new “Payer – <Company Name>” contact type in PSA, and WisePay automatically creates the corresponding payer for you.
